Description Of Works

The building is a 6 storey and basement 1980s office of concrete/steel frame construction clad with facing brickwork/patent glazing. Common stair with toilets off, Office suites from ground to 6th floor (ground, 1st, 3rd and 4th occupied). Basement carpark with plant rooms at basement and roof level.

The works required were the refurbishment of common areas and stairs to
the premises along with reconfiguration of toilets to from 1st to 6th floors, fit out of 5th and 6th floor suites. External frontage repairs to windows, replacement of entrance doors with new and patent glazed panels to frontage at ground level. Enhancement of terrace areas.
